Welcome to We One Events. By creating a participant account or registering for any event on this platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.

1. Platform Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to event discovery, registration, and participation. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and when registering for events.

2. Participant Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• One account should represent one participant, school, college, or institute as applicable.
• Institution accounts are responsible for the accuracy of member details added under their account.
• We may suspend or deactivate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

3. Event Registration

• Registration for an event or competition is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and event-specific rules published by the organizer.
• Each event may have its own rules & regulations displayed at the time of registration. You must read and accept those rules before completing registration.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and organizer acceptance, as indicated on your dashboard or receipt.
• You are responsible for verifying event dates, venue, mode (online/offline), and competition details before registering.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Entry fees, taxes, discounts, and total payable amounts are shown before you confirm registration.
• Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the event organizer and applicable event rules. We One Events acts as a technology platform and does not guarantee refunds unless stated by the organizer.

5. Conduct & Participation

• Participants must follow venue rules, competition guidelines, and instructions from organizers and officials.
• Harassment, fraud, impersonation, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Minors participating through schools or institutions must be registered by an authorized institution representative.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Event descriptions, branding, logos, and materials belong to their respective organizers or We One Events. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.

7. Privacy

Information you provide is used to manage registrations, payments, communication, and event operations. We share necessary participant details with the relevant event organizer for the events you register for.

8. Limitation of Liability

We One Events provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for event cancellations, schedule changes, venue issues, or disputes between participants and organizers, except where required by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
